Johannes Wiegelmann advises and represents companies, public institutions and individuals in all areas of white-collar criminal law.
His main areas of practice include internal investigations and work in proceedings that require particularly sensitive handling due to political and/or media implications.
Johannes Wiegelmann studied law at the University of Düsseldorf and was a scholarship holder of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation during his studies.
He then worked for several years as a research assistant and office manager in the German Bundestag.
He completed his legal clerkship at the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court from 2020 to 2023.
In 2023, he was admitted to the bar at the Düsseldorf Bar Association and has been working as a lawyer at the law firm Wessing & Partner ever since.
He advises his clients in German and English.
