Tilmann Dittrich advises and represents individuals and companies in all areas of commercial criminal law. The focus of his work is on IT and data protection criminal law.

Tilmann Dittrich studied law at the University of Tübingen and the University of Freiburg im Breisgau. After his studies, he obtained the academic degree “LL.M. Medical Law” at the Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf.

He has further deepened his expertise in commercial criminal law and contract doctors’ law through positions at the public prosecutor’s office in Krefeld, the North Rhine Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians and a major international law firm. Tilmann Dittrich is also the co-editor of two specialist books on cyber security and crisis resilience in the healthcare sector and the author of numerous specialist publications on healthcare and IT law. He is doing his doctorate on the topic of “Challenges of compliance in the non-profit sector using the example of rescue service organizations” at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf.

Tilmann Dittrich has been working as a lawyer at Wessing & Partner since his admission to the Düsseldorf Bar Association in 2024. He advises his clients in German and English.
