Andreas Pfister advises and represents individuals and companies in all areas of commercial and tax criminal law, including in international proceedings, in particular with the European Public Prosecutor’s Office and Interpol. He regularly acts in corruption proceedings, accompanies civil proceedings from a criminal law perspective and coordinates complex investigations for companies. This also includes the area of criminal labor law and confiscation issues.
He studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg and the Johannes-Gutenberg-University Mainz. Andreas Pfister completed his legal clerkship at the Wiesbaden District Court.
Andreas Pfister has been a lawyer at Wessing & Partner since 2015 and was appointed partner in 2022.
He advises his clients in German, English and French.
