Tobias Thielmann advises and represents individuals and corporates on all areas of commercial criminal law One of his main areas of expertise is criminal law relating to doctors and medicine. He also specializes in accidents at work and industrial accidents as well as criminal proceedings relating to corruption and competition, particularly in cases involving breaches of the Trade Secrets Act. He also advises on all areas of criminal compliance and conducts internal investigations in companies.
Tobias Thielmann was a lecturer at the law faculty of Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf for two years.
He studied law at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf with a stay the Copenhagen Business School in Copenhagen. He wrote his doctoral thesis on “Forced medication in child and adolescent psychiatry”; His doctorate also included a period at the Centre for Law, Medicine and Life Science at the University of Cambridge. He completed his legal clerkship at the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court.
